Come and join us for some gymnastics fun in the Summer Holidays

With 3 hour sessions or full days available for all school aged children, we're confident our fun filled sessions will be a welcome relief for your children to come and enjoy the sport of gymnastics with our wonderful coaching team in our fantastic facility!

All sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities for school aged children.  Further details of the content of the sessions can be found below

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

BACKFLIP & SOMERSAULT WORKSHOP - These sessions will focus on these exciting skills, breaking them down into each part including jumping, rolling, landing, handstands and flipping!  All sessions are designed to cater for all ages and abilities and skills performed will be suitable for each age group using suitable equipment and safe progressions.

RECREATION BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED - These sessions will work on the more traditional skills of gymnastics such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, handsprings, swings and circles, beam and vault work and the more advanced skills of flips and somersaults (where appropriate) across all of our apparatus - Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor & Trampoline.  

FREESTYLE/PARKOUR - Our Freestyle sessions have a big emphasis on movement and is the ideal session for your child if they find it hard to stand still!  Lots of energy is required for this session and skills involve creative movement over and around obstacles with some acrobatic skills thrown in for good measure!

TUMBLING - 
Our Tumbling sessions will focus on the skills required for tumbling passes.  Typical sessions include work on cartwheels/round-offs, rolls, aerials, flips and handsprings and somersault progression work.  All are suitable for even our young beginners as we teach appropriate breakdowns suitable for the age and ability of each individual

3 hour sessions include a 10 minute break so please ensure you provide a named, filled water bottle and a snack.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions water cannot be provided so ensure your child has sufficient to last for the duration of their session.

Full days include a fully supervised lunch hour and 2 x 10 minute breaks.  Please ensure you have provided your child with sufficient food and water.

Social distancing measures will be in place throughout the entire session including breaks and lunch.  Please check our Covid-19 link below to familiarise yourself with our Covid-19 Secure Measures and ensure your child understands our expectations.  In booking your child in for our Holiday Sessions you are agreeing to the measures set out in these policies.
