RECREATION & FREESTYLE

WOMEN'S ARTISTIC SQUAD

Fees are payable monthly and we ask for a standing order to be set up.  Additional annual compulsory Club membership is also payable at a cost of £20.00 per gymnast & BG Membership & Insurance at £60 - £75 per gymnast per year

TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

MEMBERSHIP FEES

​​

  • All gymnasts booked into termly classes require compulsory British Gymnastics membership.  This must be in place by your child's second class and can be arranged directly with British Gymnastics.

​​

  • All gymnasts booked into termly classes require compulsory Club Membership at a rate of £20 per year from September - September.  Discounted rates are offered for those joining after the Easter Holidays.

CLASS FEES

  • All scheduled classes are bookable on a termly basis and refunds will not be given once you have signed up for a term.

​

  • For all termly classes, families must provide half a term's notice if they wish to withdraw at the end of a term.  Notice can be given in one of two ways:

​

  • Through the portal by selecting a "Drop" date for your child's class - select the last date of the current term.

  • By emailing us directly to notify us of your intention to withdraw.

​

Reminder:  Families will receive an email reminder during each half term, encouraging them to notify us within that week if they plan to discontinue classes.​​

​

Please note: Failure to notify us by the specified date will result in automatic enrolment and billing for the following term.

​​

  • Where classes are cancelled, due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control, refunds will not be given.

​​

  • Priority booking is offered to existing members who then have a certain time to pay and secure their child’s place

​​

  • Late payments are charged at £10 per family.  Payments received after our late payment deadline will result in that child’s place going to someone on the waiting list.
