ELEMENTS AWARD SCHEME
The Elements Award Scheme has been developed with careful consideration given to all aspects of the sport of gymnastics in an effort to provide an aspirational framework for our members to work towards. The scheme comprises three stages for both Recreation and Freestyle Gymnastics. The three stages are Foundation, Intermediate & Advanced.
RECREATION
Foundation, Intermediate & Advanced
For all of our Recreation members aged from Rising 5's and up, our new award scheme encompasses gymnastics skills across all apparatus with progressive steps towards the key skills within gymnastics.
Foundation: Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Titanium
Intermediate: Topaz, Opal, Amber, Onyx, Jade, Garnet
Advanced: Amethyst, Pearl, Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Diamond
Badge testing will take place over a period of 2 weeks each term. Each member will start on an appropriate place to provide sufficient challenge taking into account their previous experience.

FREESTYLE
Foundation, Intermediate & Advanced
For all of our Freestyle members aged 7 years and upwards, our new Freestyle badge award scheme encompasses Freestyle Gymnastics skills across all apparatus enabling clear progressions towards the core Freestyle Gymnastics skills.
Foundation: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
Intermediate: Ruby, Diamond, Sapphire, Emerald
Advanced: Opal, Larimar, Bismuth, Obsidian
Badge testing will take place over a period of 2 weeks each term. Each member will start on an appropriate place to provide sufficient challenge taking into account their previous experience.
